Poll Finds Americans For Healthcare Reform

Polls done by the Kaiser Family Foundation each month track public opinion regarding health care and health insurance. Results from these can be eye opening, and provide an opportunity to observe where the public stands on these issues.

This April poll was reported by Medical News Today, some of the results are: 59% say the health care reform is becoming more important now, 36% avoided regular office visits to doctors or dentists due to high costs, 26% had an individual within their home who struggled with health care bills this past year, 71% would be OK with having taxes raised on high income American to help pay for health care reform, 67% strongly or somewhat favor some type of national health insurance plan to provide competition with private plans.

Health care and health insurance reform are obviously becoming much more important to the American people as the days pass. There are also a large number of Americans becoming more in debt with the rising cost of health care.

The political process is thrilled to see these results as it helps them in their goal for health care reform. With the majority seemingly on their side, according to the Kaiser poll, there's a possibility for history making legislation regarding a far reaching health care reform.

Polls are very subject to change depending on the whims of time. They give a good glimpse of current opinion but these opinions can change, especially if the economic crisis deepens. Then of course, the Democrats and Republicans have some disagreements on the approach to solving the issues in health care.

Broward County has made searching through public records about as easy as it gets. They are one of the few counties that has come into the 21st century and enables you to complete the whole process online. If you need to look up something for Broward County, follow the easy steps below and you will have them in your hand before you know it!

The county has their own website that is very easy to navigate. Go to your browser and type in: broward.org. When you land on the site, there will be a menu bar on the left hand side of the screen, look for the option 'Find Agency' and click on it.

You will now be redirected to an A to Z page. From here, you will need to find 'Records' and then click on that. You will now get redirected to the records division.

Now you are officially in the Broward County Records Division. Here you will find a variety of options and may want to root around for a bit to see exactly what you can get from this site. It is absolutely loaded with information. It will also give you access to any form you will need if you do not find what you want online. Since we are going to try and stay with modern times though, we are going to click on 'Search and Copy' to get where we need to go.

From there, you will have a screen in front of you with several choices in the middle of the page. The top two are the ones of interest for us. The one of the right says 'public records' and that is where we are headed but remember this page as if the records you need are not public, you will have to come back here to download the forms to get what you are going to need. You are now only one step away from searching for records. You will have to read a disclaimer and agree to the terms and that is it. Click on that 'I accept' button and you only have data entry left in your search.

Once you have gained access to this page, all you need to do is enter the information menu's that are laid out in front of you and click 'search records.' If records are available on the person you are looking for, you will be redirected to another screen that will have different choices of documents regarding that individual. You will click on the title of the document and a pop up will show you a copy of the document. It just doesn't get any easier!
