It is very easy to begin to take your spouse for granted after years of marriage, and to just assume that they know how you feel about them. Everyone needs a pat on the back for a job well done, and your wife is no different.

It is not enough for you to assume that she knows how you feel about her is not enough. She needs you to tell her. She needs to hear you say she's beautiful, that you love her, and how wonderful you think she is. And don't forget to also acknowledge and praise her for doing all of the little minor tasks she performs daily with no thanks. She doesn't just do these things because she wants to, so make sure you tell her thank you.

Take the time to notice and praise her for the little things that often get taken for granted.
